Now available with MIS, PNT, EaMIS and EaPNT, the Hi Cap Flex billing option offers you a solution! the Hi Cap Flex billing option provides a dedicated access circuit with billing based actual bandwidth usage. You can select a "Minimum Bandwidth Commintment" and then pay an "Incremental Usage Fee" for usage above the minimum commitment.
